Educational Qualification Any Graduate In Computers, Or Certified In Design

Able to understand functionalities and features of websites and incorporating them into the design
Gather and evaluate user/client requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
Responsible for client communication in English so he/she can express his/her design in front of the client
Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps
Design UI mock-ups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like
Needs to create Original and Unique Designs
Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams, key stakeholders and Clients
Identifying and troubleshooting UX problems
Conduct layout adjustments based on user/client feedback
Responsible for design & manage Design System/Style Guide
Responsible to Test and Improve the design of the website by giving UX Feedbacks

Previous working experience as a UI Designer for at least 2 years
Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
Demonstrable UI design skills with a strong portfolio
Proficiency in the latest design software which includes, Adobe XD, Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator
Up-to-date knowledge of latest design trends & techniques
Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
Understanding of basic front-end languages: HTML5, CSS3 Javascript
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process (Optional)
