Sales Executive

Educational Qualification Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Postgraduate qualifications (MBA) in Sales/Marketing are a plus.

Experience

  • 1-3 years of experience in Sales, preferably in the IT or software industry.
  • Experience in customer relationship management and lead generation is essential.

Responsibility

  • Generate new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation activities.
  • Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients by ensuring excellent customer service and understanding their needs.
  • Conduct product presentations, demos, and sales pitches to potential clients.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals and negotiate contracts with clients.
  • Work closely with the Pre-Sales and Technical teams to align product offerings with client requirements.
  • Track and report sales performance, including achievements and challenges.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
