Sales Executive
Educational Qualification Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Postgraduate qualifications (MBA) in Sales/Marketing are a plus.
Experience
- 1-3 years of experience in Sales, preferably in the IT or software industry.
- Experience in customer relationship management and lead generation is essential.
Responsibility
- Generate new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation activities.
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients by ensuring excellent customer service and understanding their needs.
- Conduct product presentations, demos, and sales pitches to potential clients.
- Prepare and deliver proposals and negotiate contracts with clients.
- Work closely with the Pre-Sales and Technical teams to align product offerings with client requirements.
- Track and report sales performance, including achievements and challenges.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
