We have recently updated the plugin to enhance the user experience with a new User Interface. We have also made it compatible with multi-site support and many other feature updates. We are glad to help users dealing with their user security and password update problems.

We often get various feedbacks and suggestions from clients. That helps us improve the plugin features. Following are some of the feedback and suggestions that we have got from the users recently.

One of our users Mr. Gunnar who runs a web agency in Germany has recently sent us the feedback for the plugin. He generally develops the website having an eCommerce functionality. Keeping the user account security up to date was the biggest challenge for him till he found the Mass Users Password Reset Pro plugin. He now manages all his websites using this plugin and very happy with the features that plugin has. He recently gave us the 5/5 star rating and commented as below.

I have used it for 6 different websites until now. I must say it is a very good idea and implementation seems to cover all the needs a user that is interested in such functionality could expect. Users can have a pre-build password reset email template that is the best part. Very much impressed with the customization ability of the plugin and support is best. I will give 5/5 stars for this amazing solution.

One other Mass User Password Reset Pro user Miss Maureen Taylor from http://comcast.net/ has encountered a problem while using the plugin and required advance customization to the default plugin functionalities.

They were using s2member for user management. When they use s2member and go into a user’s data entry to reset a single user’s password. If they use the option to send the Password Reset Link and if the receiver of the email simply ignores the mail they receive, they can go on using their old password! There was no forced reset. They wanted to have the forced reset by nullifying the previous password when the admin sends the password reset link to users.

We have made the customization and also added that for all users in the next plugin update. The client was very happy and awarded the plugin with the 5 stars.

This is amazing how quickly the support team has picked up the requirement and customized it for us. Definitely 5 stars for the customer support and customization.

Torben Heikel Vinther is one more such active user of the plugin. He is a hardcore developer and expert custom WordPress developer from Denmark. He contacted our support team with the requirement to give access to custom user roles with the help of the User Role Editor plugin. As he is well aware of custom coding, it was a really easy and great experience working on his requirement. The team guided him through his needs and he is very happy to achieve what he was looking for.

I love the Mass Users Password Reset Pro plugin :-). The freedom it gives for the customization is very good. I like the features like custom email templates and WP-CLI support.
