This mentality is one of the main verticals of our culture that continues to propel us forward to discover new ways to do things better.
Following on from the enthusiastic tone of our “KrishaWeb 2.0—The Year of Scalable Innovation” event earlier this summer, we, together, our leadership team, met for another important event: a two-day Off-site Leadership Retreat. This was much more than a simple off-site; it was an opportunity to slow down and focus—focus on what it takes to be a leader and feel ownership of all that lies ahead of us, as we participated together in shaping the future of KrishaWeb.
Our Journey: Kicking Off to a Growth Mindset
Our motivating, energizing off-site retreat started on August 1st as the KrishaWeb leadership team departed Ahmedabad. We enjoyed our journey as we travelled to Lonavala together as a fun team bonding experience. We arrived in the morning of August 2nd, excited and prepared for our offsite retreat.
The two days that followed were full of opportunities for rich interactions led through our advisors and leadership through several sessions that created new ideas and engaged us:
Deep Learning Sessions: We learned some important lessons around contemporary leadership and how to get ready for what is next.
Seeing Our Future: We took some time to think about and visualize what KrishaWeb might look like in the years to come.
Open Feedback: We were honest with each other, giving each other feedback and support to lift each other up.
The workshops: We worked together in hands-on work sessions, brainstorming, and ultimately creating plans to fulfill our company’s major goals.
Team fun: We also had fun together, which helped us get to know each other, and build on the belief that we are a solid team.
We were energised throughout the retreat, supporting one another for all the planning and learning.
Igniting Ownership & Strategic Vision
A cornerstone of our Leadership Retreat was the profound exploration of extremeownership and the development of a unified strategic vision. We believe that true leadership emerges when every team member embraces their role as if they were charting the company’s destiny.
A highlight of the leadership retreat was the compelling workshop challenging each leader with the vision in mind about the goal of KrishaWeb after 3 years. This exercise was designed to empower leaders to think holistically, consider cross-functional impacts, and truly own the company’s ambitious targets. Participants engaged in dynamic discussions, presenting their strategic blueprints and challenging each other to push the boundaries of innovation and growth.
Another insightful workshop involved taking an element as an example and connecting it with the company’s feelings. This creative exercise fostered deeper emotional connections to KrishaWeb’s values and helped articulate our collective purpose in a fresh, relatable way.
Building a Future-Proof Culture: Productivity & Collaboration
In addition to planning for growth, the retreat also focused on developing an even stronger KrishaWeb culture:
Company Productivity & Ownership: There were sessions on productivity, personal accountability, and general operational efficiency.
Culture Building: There were sessions on how to continue to build KrishaWeb’s own unique, innovative and collaborative working culture – a culture where all Krishaitians can be successful.
One Team, One Dream: Reinforcing department collaboration to ensure efforts made by various departments are always supporting the overall goal.
Improvement: There will be a specified time for discussing how to foster a culture of continuous improvement; each leader will be asked to develop and implement “+1 activities” in their respective areas.
Our Intent: Perspectives from Leadership
Overall, the retreat provided excitement; we had honest communication and opportunities for creativity at every turn. It was exhilarating to be able to visualize together as a team what we were capable of accomplishing with a focus, intention, and toward the future of KrishaWeb.
Feedback from Mitesh Kadvani, (Director of Deliveries): The tight ship keeper Mitesh; with his intrinsic discipline and ownership mentality was able to connect the team. He set the values for the team with conviction, communicated expectations with clarity, gave the leaders ownership of their verticals, and encouraged them to push KrishaWeb to new heights. He has emphasised on fearless leadership and ownership mindset.

Mira Bhatt (consulting CXO, customer and people-led innovation advisor) designed and facilitated the transformational retreat. Her wisdom in nurturing leadership teams, including those from multinationals, enabled her to extract meaningful insights and growth strategies from our team. The ambition for this year is to perform consistently with the theme of the retreat, building on our belief in our people and our culture of scalable growth. +1 activities in leadership are the extra, intentional actions that go beyond expectations to inspire, empower, and elevate the team’s success.
Parth Pandya (Visionary CEO and Founder) reflected the same sentiment as he pushed the team to ” Work hard to create this successful retreat.” He touched on key values of extreme ownership, agility, innovation, business leadership tendencies, trust, and cultural principles, conducting executive sessions with tons of insights on growth trends for the business.
Parth’s motivational comments around KrishaWeb’s leadership of “What you are doing here today will ascertain your success tomorrow” inspired the team, made them keen to implement their learnings, and provided the perfect closing to the whole event.
Our Commitment for “+1”
The Leadership Retreat was not just a two-day get together; it was a big move for our future and a strong reminder of what KrishaWeb represents. The takeaways, relationships strengthened, and visioning we commenced will carry us into the next three years of growth.
We are all highly energized and excited for positive change and tremendous growth at KrishaWeb. The leadership team, in an act of solidarity, has collectively assembled a “+1” every day – a resounding commitment to everyday improvement, small wins, and creating a better version of ourselves. This “+1” commitment reflects our journey at KrishaWeb to help us all grow together through self-improvement.
Looking Forward with Inspiration
We are immensely proud of our leadership team. They continue to show their love for learning and just trying different things, which embodies what KrishaWeb is all about. The event provided a giant leap for our “One Team One Dream” collective identity, to further guarantee we are ready to provide amazing results for our clients along the way, as we progress forward with AI.
