Remembering A Spiritual Soul and a Talented UX Designer – Naresh Shingod

KrishaWeb is a People’s organization and Krishaitians are our true strength. However, last month, we faced an unexpected loss with passing of one of the best employees, Naresh Shingod, our Senior UX Designer.

It is still hard to believe he is not with us. Naresh wasn’t just  a creative designer on our team; he was a kind soul who touched every life around him.

A Journey of Dreams and Dedication

Naresh belongs from Kesariya near Diu, a small town where his parents are a vegetable merchant. As one of the earning members of his family, he had responsibilities we can hardly perceive. When he left to come to Ahmedabad, he came with his design talent, his clear vision, and big dreams in his eyes.

He wanted to make something meaningful—not simply for himself, but for his family and for all of the people he worked with.

His Work and His Passion

Naresh had a talent in User Experience Design, but, more importantly, he had the practice and commitment to move ideas from thought to action. Many of the best work we produced was attributed to his creative flair.

He became the youngest person who learned UX Research & UX Audit and worked on customer projects with quite a few years of experience in our team. He always stood alongside leadership to accept new things and took time to train his colleagues in the design team, reflecting his selflessness and dedication to collective growth.
His true brilliance lay beyond pixels and prototypes. Naresh was never deterred with the pressure of deadlines—he would even take on additional work load to meet the project deadlines. He was curious and hungry to try something new, to explore new things. He walks extra miles to achieve the deadline and show the brilliance of KrishaWeb all the time. His unmatched dedication with even awakened nights to convert his hard work into success for KrishaWeb was unforgettable.

A Generous Heart

Naresh’s character—a spiritual, kind, humble, dedicated, fast learner, calm and always loving —was what really made him a loving person among us.

Even in the most challenging situations, his ever-smiling face brightened our office. His work was more than just a job; it was his passion, and he gave it his all without complaining, often putting the needs of others before his own.

Lately, we found that he was a devotee of Lord Shiva and spent several hours in service to the temple rituals with the saints. His dedication and belief in Lord Shiva impressed us as we saw his room and vehicle filled with the instruments for the worship of Lord Shiva. He never missed a single day, even on his last day to worship.

His Legacy at KrishaWeb

Naresh’s absence leaves a void that can never be filled. Yet, his spirit will continue to inspire us every day. We will remember him not just as a brilliant designer, but as someone who embodied the values of teamwork, dedication, and compassion. His legacy is in the countless designs he created, the projects he helped us succeed in, and the bonds of friendship he nurtured with his colleagues.

His words, “Thai jashe sir, tame tension na lo” (It will be done, don’t worry), are yet echoing in our ears when we come across any complex situation.

A Final Goodbye

KrishaWeb will always have Naresh in our hearts— as a skilled professional, a loving colleague, and most importantly, a wonderful human being. We are truly thankful for the time we shared with him, though it was far too short.

Our prayers and deepest condolences are with his family during this very tough time. Naresh may be gone from this world, but his dedication, kindness, and team spirit will always live on in the hearts of KrishaWeb.
He is a trailblazer in many areas of KrishaWeb.
We will never forget to remember him in our prayers. He is one of the stars for us in the sky who will never be deemed. He is one of the suns of KrishaWeb.

Rest in peace, Naresh. You will never be forgotten.
